⚡ Performance

• Sub-second cold starts — The API now runs on AWS Lambda SnapStart with per-function entry points, so the first request after idle restores a snapshot in well under a second instead of initialising for 8–20 seconds.
• Faster responses — Telemetry is flushed concurrently under a fixed deadline instead of in four serial steps, taking a few hundred milliseconds off every request.

🔧 Operations

• Old Lambda versions are pruned after every deploy.
• Request-path Lambdas export only warnings and errors to PostHog Logs; CloudWatch keeps the full INFO stream.
