Favorites
Favorites let you save commonly used time entry configurations so you can start tracking with a single click instead of filling in the same fields repeatedly.
Saving a Favorite
Section titled “Saving a Favorite”- Navigate to Favorites in the sidebar.
- Click New Favorite.
- Fill in the preset fields:
- Project — the project to assign.
- Client — the associated client.
- Tags — one or more tags to apply.
- Billable — whether the entry should be marked as billable.
- Give the favorite a name so you can identify it later.
- Click Save.
Starting a Timer from a Favorite
Section titled “Starting a Timer from a Favorite”From the Favorites page, click the start button on any favorite. A new timer begins immediately with all of the saved fields pre-filled. You can also access favorites from the timer controls for quick selection.
This is especially useful for recurring tasks where the project, client, and tags stay the same each time.
Managing Favorites
Section titled “Managing Favorites”- Edit — update the name or any of the preset fields.
- Delete — remove a favorite you no longer need.
Favorites are personal to your account and do not affect other workspace members.
