We use your information to provide and maintain the Meridian Track service, generate reports you request, send transactional emails related to your account, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

Meridian Track uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics, if any, are used solely to improve service reliability and performance.

We use the following third-party services to operate Meridian Track: AWS for hosting and infrastructure, and authentication providers for secure sign-in. These services have their own privacy policies and are bound by their respective data processing agreements.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can export your time tracking data through the reports feature. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above.
