By creating an account or using Meridian Track, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Meridian Track is a time tracking and reporting platform that allows you to record time entries, manage clients and projects, and generate reports. We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use Meridian Track to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the rights of others, transmit malicious code or interfere with the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, or use the service for any purpose other than its intended use as a time tracking tool.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Meridian Track, including time entries, client information, and project details. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the service. You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Certain features of Meridian Track may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. We may change our pricing with 30 days advance notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Meridian Track and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Meridian Track and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Track shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the service. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
